Plan Details: With the VAA Everyday plan you will receive a reliable team member during your pre-arranged hours. We offer 3, 6, and 8-hour shifts. During your chosen hours you will have the option to answer the phones yourself or if you are busy, after 3 rings, the call will be transferred to your VAA team.  

 

Your Virtual Apartment Assistant will answer your calls and assist your callers. With the detailed community information provided by you, the VAA Agent will be able to answer availability questions as well as complete a guest card, and schedule tours. In addition, your VAA agent can complete work orders, take resident messages and general messages. Virtual Apartment Assistant can customize your community profile to fit its unique needs. 

 

Once your initial setup is completed you do not have to do anything, the process is completely seamless.
